Shipping and Returns
Please note: we are unable to accept International or Canadian orders at this time. We ship to US addresses only including APO/AFO as well as US territories. By placing an order with us you are agreeing that you have read and accepted all of the following terms and conditions:

If you are uncomfortable with submitting your credit card through our secure server you can call us directly at (781) 767-1135. Please be aware that we are often in the middle of time sensitive product production and may not be able to answer the phone. If you leave your name and phone number we can contact you as soon as possible or you can always leave any needed information on the answering machine.
BACKORDERED ITEMS
In the event that a product you ordered is out of stock, and will not be available within 3 days of an order being placed, we will ship your order and refund the cost of the unavailable items.
SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping for retail orders totaling $74.99 or less our shipping charges are $6.95.
For retail orders $75 or more shipping is FREE!
SHIPPING INFORMATION
All orders are shipped via the US Postal Service 2 to 3 day priority mail. It may take longer for some pages to arrive depending upon your location. Unfortunately we have no control over the delivery time once the package enters the postal system. During holidays and busier shipping times delivery times may take longer.
LOST SHIPMENTS
If your package appears to be lost the shipment must be traced by the US Postal Service before another shipment is sent. This could take up to 10 days. 99% of the time your package will arrive well before that time. We will = do everything we can to get your products to you but do require a resolution to the postal trace before another package is shipped.
RETURNS
Returns are accepted only after you have contacted us and received a Return Authorization Number and return instruction. We offer store credit, less a 20% restocking fee, for items which have been opened but are in saleable condition. Items which have been opened and used are no longer in a saleable condition and can not be returned. However, if for any reason you are not s= atisfied, please contact us and we will do our best to solve the situation.
DAMAGED ITEMS
Everything we ship is properly packed and wrapped to avoid breaking during the general rough handling that boxes go through before being delivered. If for some reason you do get a box that is clearly showing signs of being crushed and damaged or might have products borken and leaking please have the driver write up a damage report. If the driver has delivered the package and left please contact your local post office and notify them of the damaged delivery. Leave the box, products and packing materials intact so it can be inspected by your local post office and a claim can be filed. After the report has been made please contact us so we can arrange a replacement order. Product replacement can not take place if no claim has been filed.
REFUSING DELIVERY
If an order has been shipped and delivery of the package is refused then it will be treated as a cancelled order. You will be refunded for the price of the products minus a 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges will NOT be refunded!
